Spouse Tracker provides consultation and clarity-based services. Because our work involves time, analysis, and expert review, refunds are limited and only offered under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only considered when a payment was made in error, duplicated, or processed without authorization.

• Refunds are not issued for completed investigations, consultations, or time-based services where work has already begun.

• Clients must request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Services

• Any service where analysis, monitoring, or investigative work has started.

• Cases where the client fails to provide required information, access, or cooperation.

• Situations where results differ from client expectations; Spouse Tracker cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment with your name, proof of payment, and case reference, and allow up to 5 business days for review and response. Spouse Tracker reserves the right to decline refunds for services already rendered.
