Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered when a payment was made in error, duplicated, or processed without authorization.

Refunds are not issued for completed investigations, consultations, or time-based services where work has already begun.

Clients must request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction.
Non-Refundable Services

Any service where analysis, monitoring, or investigative work has started.

Cases where the client fails to provide required information, access, or cooperation.

Situations where results differ from client expectations; Spouse Tracker cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment with your name, proof of payment, and case reference, and allow up to 5 business days for review and response. Spouse Tracker reserves the right to decline refunds for services already rendered.
